What’s the latest end time for a booking?

       All bookings must be over by 12AM PST. 

This includes having the space returned to the condition prior to the start

of the booking.  The studio must be free of trash and decorations associated with the booking. All guests and vehicles must leave the premises by midnight. 

 

   Do I need to book time to set up and clean up?

       Yes. Please consider how much time you will need to set up and clean up. 

Your booking must include this additional time.

​   Are any add-ons included with my booking (eg. tables and chairs)?

       No. The venue price of your booking is for the space only.

    What is the policy and rate for security?  Can I provide my own?

        A fee for security guards will automatically be added for large events or when            alcohol will be served.  The rate for security is $35/hr per guard.

There will be one guard for every 50 people without alcohol, with the

addition of extra one guard if alcohol is served. This is to help ensure the safety of attendees, as well as the preservation of the space. 

You may hire your own security for additional help but not as an alternative

to Studio 216 guards.

    Is parking available?

        Yes. We have a shared parking lot in the rear of the building.

 

    What types of events can I host at Studio 216?

        Productions and space for crews, baby showers, wedding receptions,                          anniversary dinners, quinceaneras, kid’s events, birthday parties,

fashion shows, performances, art shows, markets, pop-ups, conferences!

The list goes on with how you can use the space!

    Can I rent the space on a regular basis?

        Absolutely! We look forward to working with repeat customers or with anyone looking to rent the space on an ongoing basis.
